Shipping and Return Policy
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours subject to credit card verification and product availability. Kindly ensure you provide the correct shipping address as we cannot he held responsible for lost or stolen items delivered to an incorrect address. Returned orders due to incorrect or invalid address will be charged $20 shipping cost or more when re-shipped for Canadian orders.
Canada shipping and delivery times may take around 7 days depending on locations. However, please note that Canada Post and Purolator, our main couriers, may at times experience delays that may affect delivery times. Alternative couriers may be used when necessary.
Shipping to the United States
Please note that we only ship to the Continental United States; we currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico. Additionally, orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties or customs taxes that are the responsibility of the customer.
Kindly note that international packages will not be sent back if the customer does not pick them up on time. Not claiming an imported item within the required period may result in the package being destroyed by customs. Items may be available for pick-up at the postal facility for a short period if a delivery attempt is unsuccessful.
Items may be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition and un-used within 30 days of purchase. Such returns will be eligible for a full refund after the item is been received and inspected. Return shipping costs, with the exception of damaged or recall items, are the responsibility of the customer. We will notify you via email when item is received. Please note that gift items and discounted or sale items are not eligible for refunds.
